Day Six - Friday June 11th - Lompoc to Ventura

89 miles

Day 6 - My favorite day. Why? Santa Barbara, that's why! We started in Lompoc, climbed for about 15 miles, then dropped down to the magnificent coast. We saw a bunch of friends and past riders who came to meet us at the Paradise pit, a un-official rest stop in lower Santa Barbara. Only ice cream, soda's and good times were there. Not a Clif Bar anywhere to be found! A glorious day which would end in Ventura Beach.
